wah today so interesting and fun.. but damn tough :) this is gonna be a very good entry! hehez

PW one day adventure

early in the morning.. took mrt frm lavender to woodlands!! then met up with PW grp ( daniel..chitung and chermaine ) and took bus to sungei buloh... before we arrived at the entrance we had to cross this stupid kranji nature trail lahs... which is totally infested by mosquitoes... aww :( then got so much spider webs.. think the trail 100 yrs nobody use liao.. haha! saw this cute spider near the beginning of the trail.



then we reached sungei buloh finally lahs... there was an air-con room for visitors to rest i think.. so we went in and to my horror i realised...


kaoz!! so many big big mosquito bites on my thigh!! gosh i was the one who got the most bites k.. haiz so i concluded that my blood is the sweetest among the rest of my grp members :(

we carried on our journey into sungei buloh.. then saw malaysia at the opposite!! whee~ :)



actually on the way there were lots of butterflies lahs... i was so damn scared of them then kept screaming.. so in the end some of our sound recordings failed coz we recorded my screamings as well.. =P then daniel said i looked traumatised.. haha! okay.. then we continued our journey to the aerie.. on the way we spotted...


was it a komodo dragon? think so right? haha.. so cute...

luckily sungei buloh got abit fewer mosquitoes.. haha so overall it was still quite an enjoyable trip. the aerie was cool.. left the mp3 player to record the sounds while 4 of us played bridge and daidee.. haha luckily i brought cards! smart move.. coz we had so much time to kill on the bus and in the nature park.. haha :)

then on the way back we spotted another...

we had to leave sungei buloh for pulau ubin already.. but we refused to go by the stupid kranji nature trail again!! it's like super ulu and mosquito-ful lahs.. haha. so we went by the main road and finally reached the entrance of the park.



haha.. but to my horror again... we had to walk bloody far to the bus stop! such a hot day somemore.. but thats the only route.. :( this was the path we took.



damn sian right? like so ulu.. then suddenly somebody called me.. and told me i won 3 prizes.. $100 voucher for bodycare products.. 2 days 1 night bali trip for 2... and 1 night stay at sentosa.. wah i was damn happy lahs!! but at that time chermaine managed to stop somebody's car and that person agreed to give us a lift to the bus stop so we need not walk anymore!! wow super nice guy sia. so i wasn't very free to listen to what the person who called me say lahs.. he said he'll call me later since i was busy.. damn happy leh.. but he didn't call back loh. then my sis says she always receives such prank calls also :( haiz.. what a disappointment.

took bus from sungei buloh there back to woodlands... then from woodlands we took bus all the way to tampines!! wow shiok man.. the bus journey took so long loh.. then all of us fell asleep.. haha :) so from tampines we took a cab to changi village.. then from changi village we took a bumboat to pulau ubin.. haha kinda qian1 li3 tiao2 tiao2 but very fun loh :)

intended to go chek jawa de.. but tide was very high so we couldn't go :( rented a bike to tour around the island instead... then found an ideal place for recording sounds :)


all of us slacking and keeping quiet while recording the sound of waves..


and the scenery was pretty good :) except for the mosquito part.

we carried on cycling in search of another place to record sound... then we discovered a super good place... i got all excited and ran to the beach... thought couldn't hear anything at the "safe zone".. so i went to the part with muddy sand.. as i walked my shoes got stuck in the mud lahs!! i was practically sinking into the soil.. so the 1st thing i thought of was to escape. and guess what? i stupidly attempted to climb onto a small.. slippery and steep rock.. as a result i slipped and fell~ gosh. and see what happened to me.

haha and chermaine decided that i'm a sadist. sick in the head. fell down and bled still happily taking photos of the wounds =P okay i just want to gross out my readers. haha! for entertainment purpose :)


yumin looked like she was murdered. blood was smeared everywhere on her belongings. blood stains and scratches ( *sob sobs* ) were found on her hp.

blessing in disguise... so glad that i fell! me and chermaine cycled back to the bicycle rental shop to look for first aid box.. then we were told to go to the police station.. so we went into the station to enjoy air-con!! and the best thing is.. i met this super cute policeman!! gosh.. he's my perfect type of eyecandy can.. haha! and he's hilarious lahs.. so fortunate he helped me dress my wounds.. haha!

and he kept apologising.

haha! okay i'm going to forgive him since he's so cute. LOL~ he was afraid i couldn't take the pain if he used iodine.. so he used dettol instead :) so caring right. haha but then he got abit clumsy and spilled half the bottle of dettol. erms.. haha and he said the dettol is not cheap.. oops! =P

after all the bandaging and stuffs we decided to hang around the station a little longer to enjoy air-con =P so we started chatting with the policemen. oh yah they were very nice lahs! saw that my legs were injured and kept asking "are u alright??" "can u walk??" blah blah blah.. haha ^_^ then helped me park my bike somemore.. the 2 policemen in the station who chatted with us were ethan leow ( the cute one ) and alvin cho. haha! both like not very old lahs.. then it started to rain. 3 of my grp members went to return the bike.. leaving me alone in the station with the policemen. haha :)

ethan offered me his dinner... coz it tasted like shit ( it's free food for those on duty ).. but since he described until like shit.. i decided not to have it =P then he offered me red bean bread instead.. haha! okay that one more edible. so we started to kiao ka.. eat bread.. watch TV.. chat.. haha! like chalet can?? so fun to fool around in police station ^_^ in the end they decided to take away zi-char from the stall outside into the station for their dinner.. haha. okay lah we decided not to disturb them anymore.. RELUCTANTLY we left the station :( ethan joked and wanted to charge me medical fees lahs!! haha say what one plaster $3.. then consultation fee $35 =X aiyah but he didn't make me pay lahs.. he said next time i come again then must pay le.. haha :)

before we left... i decided we should take a photo!! :)





haha.. after that we headed straight to the jetty to take bumboat back to mainland.. took photo again!! :)



in conclusion..
1) today is a fun day afterall.. despite the injuries and bites :)
2) i'll try to fall down again next time i go pulau ubin.. so i can chat with cute policeman again. haha!! :)
3) daniel is a super good group leader! he's so caring lahs.. still go buy mopiko for us after he saw we were so badly bitten by mosquitoes.. thanks!! :)
4) PW can be fun if u want it to be :)
